As the founder and Principal agent at Scott Fine Homes Group, he represents a full range of sellers, buyers, and investors looking for luxury homes and condominiums in Atlanta Midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and points north.
Scott brings a 25+ year history of international sales, marketing, and operational experience as a key executive in successful start-ups in the healthcare, telecommunications, and construction industries. His experience leading small and large (1,000+ people) sales and marketing teams in these sectors both nationally and abroad speaks volumes not only to his deep-rooted knowledge in market analysis, negotiation, and team management, but also to his ability to pivot into new leadership roles and generate significant growth. He closed over $600M in sales during this period in his career, once earning him a nomination by the Small Business Administration for the Small Business of the Year Award.
Real estate has always been a passion and fascination for Scott. Much of his free time through the years was spent visiting open houses and appliance showrooms to gain a pulse on the market and consumer trends. Prior to becoming a Realtor® in 2016, Scott closed residential transactions in Georgia, Maryland, California, and the United Kingdom, and he has completed more than 60 commercial real estate transactions around the world. Since 2016, he has helped 200+ families sell or buy a home. His diverse career and multi-national resumé offers a uniquely customized client experience – he is creative in his marketing approach, use of data, and negotiation tactics, bringing a sense of comfort to his clients as he guides them through the transaction from the initial meeting through closing. His diligence has paid off, placing him in the top 5% of all Realtors® in Atlanta.
In a market with a variety of property types and prices to suit the needs of just about anyone, Scott finds pleasure in leading buyers to their perfect home or achieving the highest return on investment for sellers. In his off time, Scott is active in Sandy Springs Rotary and was the President of the club for the 2022-2023 term, he was past President of the University of Maryland Alumni Association Atlanta Chapter, is a huge Foodie, and is an active member of Perimeter Church in Johns Creek, GA with his wife Lynn.
