A long time Sandy Springs resident, Beverly Kramer has experienced firsthand the growth and evolution of the metro Atlanta area over the last three decades. She represents a wide range of buyers, sellers, and investors in residential real estate throughout the region, with a focus on single-family homes, condominiums, and townhomes.
With an extensive background in advertising, sales, and marketing, Beverly brings together her business expertise and negotiating prowess with her commitment to concierge-level customer service. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their goals, and she develops personalized strategies to unlock the greatest potential for a purchase or sale. Now as a member of Scott Fine Homes Group, Beverly harnesses the expertise and expansive network of this top-performing team to elevate the real estate experience and bring joy to buyers and sellers. From the initial conversation to closing, Beverly will pick up the phone, listen, and follow through. Even more, she’s a friend and resource for life.
Over her years in Georgia, she has gained deep local insight and made connections throughout various communities, offering more to clients than that of a typical Realtor. Through her husband’s sports photography business, she has visited hundreds of different neighborhoods all over the Atlanta metro area, taking note of their unique features, residents and vibes and expanding her repository of regional knowledge to share with potential buyers near and far. In addition, she went through the relocation process herself when she moved to Georgia from Chicago, sharpening her expertise on the aspects of relocation that have proven useful for her clients that are doing the same.
The Atlanta metro area is a booming city replete with homes that suit every lifestyle, with an all-encompassing range of professional opportunities and leisurely activities. Together with her husband, Beverly has raised four boys and will soon be an empty-nester. Within her community, she has volunteered on the PTA Boards at the local schools, taught Sunday School for 15 years at her church, and assisted with FoodStock and Habitat for Humanity. She has actively welcomed exchange students from other countries into her home over the years and appreciates the wide variety of cultural differences. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, her monthly book club and working out at the gym.
