Born and raised in Savannah, GA, Scott Saturday grew up exposed to real estate in many forms through his father and extended family. An Atlanta resident for 25+ years, he combines his lifetime connection in the industry with his unique background as a business owner, startup founder, and real estate investor. He represents buyers, sellers, and investors in homes, condominiums and other property types throughout the greater Atlanta Metro area, with a focus on properties in areas he has lived ITP such as Virginia Highlands, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Midtown and Decatur, as well as OTP in Roswell, Milton, East Cobb, Alpharetta and Johns Creek.
An entrepreneur at heart, Scott has worn many professional hats throughout his career, including working on rental properties and in construction as a young adult, cooking in fine dining restaurants as a chef where he worked his way up to five-star/five-diamond hotels, and helping to grow several data analytics startups, where he eventually became a founding partner. After selling the startup businesses, he spent four years working with tech savvy brokers and MLSs across the US and Canada learning how to leverage the right technology to help determine the best possible sales price for the different types of markets, as well as how to find the right property and negotiate the purchase of your next home.
Scott’s experience has given him wide-ranging consumer knowledge, and the ability to adapt (and succeed) in a variety of challenging professional settings. As both a homeowner and investor in real estate himself, he understands that helping people find a sense of place and community are as important as creative financing and search strategies in the path to finding a home. In his free time, he is a fishing fanatic as a lifetime fisherman, and he also plays tennis in ALTA and other local leagues.
